Letting Fee (charged to landlord) Finding the tenant, advertising, viewings, and sign-in.
  • 2 weeks' rent
Tenant Vetting (per tenant, charged to landlord) Before sign-in we run a credit check, a full reference, and a personal interview with every tenant.
  • Private tenant: £60
  • Universal Credit tenant: £30
Universal Credit Direct Payment Setup (per tenant, charged to landlord) We arrange for the rent to be paid directly to us from Universal Credit, and stay on it — chasing the DWP through to your first payment received.
  • £75 per tenant
Basic Inventory Check (optional, charged to landlord) A documented record of the property's condition and contents at move-in, on request.

  • £50 per letting
Management Fee
15% of rent collected
